As a public service announcement, the management team behind FBM may wish to review what Lithium Assay method they are using.
There are at least two methods for lithium, the Sodium Peroxide Fusion method most companies use and Multi Acid Digestion. A spot check on a bunch of other explorers like LRS, A11, DLI, CXO, GT1 and GL1 noted references to Sodium. From FBM's 30th Jan announcement they are using Multi Acid Digestion.
TG6 was also using Multi Acid Digestion method for their earlier drill holes and redid the tests using the Sodium Peroxide method. The Assay's improved by around +26% using the Sodium method. Some of the increases were really impressive for instance one intercept sample was a pretty average 0.97% and re-reported as 1.48% using the Sodium method. The average grade increase was +26%. Someone may wish to raise this issue with the management team at FMB (I'm not a shareholder). Even a 10% or 20% improvement in the grades reported could be significant.
So today TG6 noted:
From FBM's 30 Jan announcement, FBM is still using a method that can under-report lithium (and from TG6's experience by 26%).
