1. Simplistically, it depends on what the cost is ie casino or property-related. The respective share of development costs have never been fully disclosed but likely close to 50/50. However, the settlement of over-runs is likely to have been split relative to if it related to the properties (hotel, apartments,...) or the casino.
2. No. They share in the overall development, but each party take out their management fee first for running their respective areas.
3. These are reported in SGR's accounts and represents their share of the development costs. There is a breakdown in the accounts of costs to date, and current provision tio completion.
