It is an interesting one, but... I am going to defer to Joels thoughts (will take a proper look at WA8 when I get a quiet night).
Plus... IMHO - GMD will basically just buy this out in perhaps 12-18 months to fill their nearby plant (DCNs old plant).
RF really grates on me, so I am not a fan (though of course, hes making his shareholders rich, which is as far as I will go in regards to my respect for him).
I will also add, that I just don't think sub 100k p.a projects will get finance any more. The risk to the downside is so high, and... limited upside.
