GEH has been working on this for years, it is based on ERB11 and was then called PRISM, the US was trying to sell it to the UK but it was just too big and costly Silex were part of it back then (it enriched the Uranium component which was used to start the Breeder reactor component, it looked like being canned back around 2016, then came along the Natrium SMR and Bill Gates, Natrium is based on PRISM and Terrapower and can burn recycled UNF.
But by this came along GEH decided to sell GLE then though, that is when our perfect storm came along! we now got to own GLE (CAMECO and Silex) but then the Ukraine was invaded, which forced the US to make the decision to stop buying nuclear fuel from RUSSIA, the rest is history.
People can't understand where the HALEU is coming from for the IRA which Silex applied for, I reckon it is coming from Wilmington and have stated this before, no one is listening, don't care!

Natrium is going ahead and so is Silex, we will get the royalties on stuff enriched there even if GEH gets to own the enrichment plant again when GLE leave to start their own plant at Paducah.
