12.5 cents in your head makes no sense, might as well ask the oujia board. The price is based in the volume of oil in the ground, and non of us know what that is yet. For all any of us know there could be billions of barrels waiting for us. Bottom line, seem to be a bit wound up this morning, chill mate.
