Fair point there, I guess it will speak volumes around how serious TO thinks these discussions will get done. If they are as "near term" as he says, it would be reflect poorly, if he still thinks a CR now is necessary.
One would think he'd wait for the funding announcement, get a pop in SP and then raise when the VWAP is high, before the cooling in the SP takes place. If memory serves there is still a few quarters in cash left.
Good to see though that none of the peers that hav gone for phase 2 has received less then 25 mill euro
