The reason is history could repeat itself, for me at least. I was in FAR and they were in a similar situation to PCL. They lost out to, yes, WDS in the court case. WDS do have good lawyers.
By the way, PCL also used to have a connection to FAR in East Africa. So here's hoping they were watching and learning from what happened to FAR.
