Plenty of news indicating North Korea has amended country's constitutions and preparing for military actions against South Korea for nation's unification, not through peaceful agreements.
Russia on the other hand is supporting North Korea with weapons and possible missiles - This should be good for DRO picking up some anti-missiles orders.
