    As mentioned in previous posts, GBR will not be taking up any of their entilement it seems.
    These will be available to the retail holder and underwritters to take up.
    Good move for both companies.
    GBR holds on to cash for drilling, and CMO will have a bit more of a diverse registry albeit quite a tight one.
