and another 300,000 in equity on just 3 little 300k props rising 10% pa...over the same period..... or 600,000 on 6 props....etc etc etc.... its too easy, does not take up much of your time, in the meantime, you have a life, time to spend with family and friends, and a couple of dogs or cats...
when interest rates go up, the lower priced props sell for higher prices,(less money to go around with the higher rates) the higher priced ones slow down.....and the merry go round continues....
