Yes, I think we have to be cautious not to get excited too early as we have seen this kind of move many times over the last 12 months... to feel let down every single time.
That said, both ACL and DrR have recently confirmed that it WILL happen in Q4 2010 so who knows ? it might be justified to think or dream it is the start of the final leg up ???
