Agree 100% - we do not know either what confidential salary related performance hurdles the Board may have imposed on the CEO. The Board has known first hand, quarter to quarter, our cash position and small revenue contributions to date. If revenue gains some real traction then Idan will be remunerated on a higher scale. if permitted he may well participate in a significant share purchase.
in the meantime the business opportunity resides clearly in his hands.
