    There is not much point in choosing a preferred partner who cannot access funds. Let's pray that shareholders are not hit again...if there is to be a placement, I hope it is NOT offered to all shareholders. We have all had a chance to buy PLV at 40c. Place it to 2 or 3 insto's and that's it.
