How? The business case significantly leans toward Lead.
That aside, Silver is highly volatile and while it might get a bid, the financiers aren't going to be looking at that in isolation of what's happening with Lead, which is a far more steady state revenue stream.
Lead needs to get the bid, not silver which is an add on like it is for almost all miners.
