Having read the warden's decision, to summarise I suppose you could say that Bullzeye had to try its best to pick where the money would be most usefully spent at the time of the takeover etc. The argument seemed to go that Bullzeye had focussed on the North Laverton Gold Project tenements, and hence not met the minimum spend, airising in the forfeiture applications. The forfeited tenements are hopefully only a graze, given the earlier prioritisation and their size.

News must be around the corner regarding the Takeovers Panel and possible drilling results.
