correct, the exercise price is 1.2c
so, cost of option + exercise price = the cost of your new share. .
since December that cost has been less than the bid price of the heads = profit
the company seems to restricting the option conversions (early exercise) to the end of the month so SP fluctuations may impact the above strategy
