Right and left have become political terms but weren’t originally - and certainly not when ecclesiasties was written. It’s simple
most people are right handed so being left handed marked you out as different. Cleaving to the right was about using the strength of the right hand
over generations people acquired the belief that being left handed was wrong That’s why left handers were once forced to change hands. So this left right rubbish is simply reflecting an inherent bias from pre rationalist days.
but you could look at it another way the heart is slightly to the left in the body so maybe lefties have more heart.
