"Taken off wikipedia. Make of it what you will but it seems he's not alone. According to his former Shin Bet officer, "Many people owe him their lives and don't even know it."[14] Former Shin Bet Deputy Chief Gideon Ezra said "there are hundreds of collaborators like him. He is not unusual."

I'll tell you what I think of Wikipedia.
In my opinion, Wikipedia is a good source of information on matters that have little or nothing to do with politics and history or matters that are hotly debated - abortion, gender and so forth. Say, you want to find out some stats about some river or a town or what Large Hadron Collider is - then go to Wikipedia by all means.

Wikipedia isn't a reliable source of information on anything else. And I have seen it when I read about matters that I know very well from my personal experience.

So, when you are quoting what Wikipedia says about Shin Bet I'd take it with a grain of salt. Also, I watched the other day a doco about how Hasbara operates - they employ scores of Israeli youths who, among other things, write articles on Wikipedia.
