Not really, their claim is that since it performs a trabeculotomy as well that's why it can do all four. iTrack Advance can also do a trabeculotomy, as it simply involves tearing the canal as you pull out the microcathetor, but the company chooses not to advertise that option as it isn't needed and is really a disadvantage. It involves tearing which defeats the whole purpose of canaloplasty. The Omni device isn't powerful enough with canaloplasty alone so they need to do the other tearing procedure, iTrack Advance on the other hand gets the same result with only the simple canaloplasty procedure since it is significantly more powerful (due to the pressurised visco delivery system)

Basically SGHT is trying to advertise a disadvantage associated with the device, claiming it's a good thing that their device requires an extra step that involves tearing lol. Doctors can see through it, I'm guessing these slides are shown to investors not the customers

Also some of the points mentioned in that slide are vague and impossible to prove. Omni really has no advantages to show off as Nova Eye holds the patents to all the good stuff (eg illuminated tip, pressurised delivery, full 360 degrees in one go etc)
