Bacci where have you been? The Lnp dragged the debate down to red v blue 2 decades ago. It began when it was realised that action was required to address MMCC. Sadly we had Abbott's Libs and national Party who have flailed around this problem ever since because it means them losing their fossil fuel financiers and future job prospects. Nuclear is just the latest in a long list of distractions and dawdling, as we're 20 years away from any Nuclear, and there goes our target of net zero by 2050 we signed up to. If the Lnp ever get back into Govt all this renewable progress will be torched, and we will be seen as the climate pariah's of the south pacific.
