Yes, I came up with a similar value to yours for Astron's half share of the Donald project, with Jackson being icing on the cake some point down the track.
The problem is, for the vast majority of the time, the market seems to significantly discount ATR shares from their underlying value.....but I hope you're right in this instance!
[Please note Damo - Energy Fuels will still have half ownership of the heavy metals. It's just that they don't have the offtake contract for the HMs as they do with the rare earths.]
