What makes you all think that the TH is indeed for a CR (or even a placement)? The announcement reads:
The securities of Dimerix Limited (‘DXB’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DXB, pending itreleasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until theearlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 13 March 2024 or when the announcement isreleased to the market.
What if it is a milestone payment or a deal that was inked up to go through subsequent to positive interim analysis?
