SYR management is signalling up to 7 off-take agreements shortly, ex-China demand continues to grow, and an application for a much larger US DOE loan to expand its US upstream manufacturing centre, news on this is possible any day now. All this in the context of a 115 million shares , shorted 18% of Shares on issue, and short covering that is already underway . Risk is firmly to the upside at the moment
