appreciate your polite reply and an genuinely sorry that your father did his dough. I take no pleasure in anyone losing money on the Stockmarket or elsewhere….hence my dislike of the pisstake posters. But back to Fred’s situation. My simple understanding of secured and unsecured loans is that A secured creditor would be paid out first if the company folds…unsecured paid out last. So Fred has chucked in 10 mill (for arguments sake) and picked up his 6, 8, 10% along the way. Well short of the funds leant. Now let’s say the company is a scam/fraud as plooto et Al believe and we now wind up the company as the wafers can’t be fab’d or perhaps EM doesn’t exist…so we have zilch in the bank, nothing to sell, IP is worthless….how does Fred get paid back his principal? Hasn’t he done his dough like the rest of us? I’d be grateful if u could explain how he may benefit. Cheers
