It's not something I'd be singing praises of the Board about, they caved in to a seat at the decision table, even if it's warranted, good for the company and justified, it's like losing a bit of your power and giving to another. I still need to make some calls in understanding this deal. I want to see the milestones, exactly what NTEC promises to achieve and when, and what shares in increments held escrow, essentially the full details of vesting period, before releasing shares to NTEC (and therefore ability to sell at market) which are significantly amount, before I would consider giving my shareholding approval. That said, it looks sound and leaning towards approval - this needs to go through shareholder votes. Even if passed, it's important to always take note of how many entities are for it or opposed to it. Given that this deal has been in the works for about 15 months, I'd like to understand if Vern Lund has the means and connection to get us funding from US Dept of Energy. But yes, I agree NTEC has every incentive to drive the share price above 10c per share and has a seat at the table to prevent unnecessary dilution, which bodes well for smaller investors/shareholders.
