hi Leasx, if he makes a new bid for the company there are a whole new set of conditions he needs to meet to be successful and obtain compulsory acquisition. I think Richard mentioned he needs to acquire at least 75% of all remaining shares he doesn’t already own in order to be successful. Unless he offers a generous bid price that the larger holders are happy with I think a new bid is also unlikely to be successful
Therefore I am wondering if there are any other ways he can reach compulsory acquisition and take over PACT without making a bid
