MEI MREC has 57.3% TREO and 2% impurities. An in spec product that in all likelihood is saleable.
VTM MREC has 12.5% TREO and approx. 7% impurities (not specifically stated by VTM but estimated by a met colleague from VTM's data). Out of spec material requiring a lot more work.
In my experience, when rare earth companies present a basket price for all 15 REEs as the basis for their product valuation, when the reality is they'll only get paid for 4 of the REEs subject to the product being in spec, they've got something to hide.
