this is slightly old news, 2022,
the money was not clear to me, ie what does it cost us, Now? is the deal for a handshake to get them involved, not for actually building anything just the rights to build?
i also not its only 'fi' conditions are met, like the rights to mine from BLM,
are all these move put in place to put pressure on decision approval
7.5 c ok i suppose, and escrowed but it does NOT say what that escrow is...image, 400mil plus share hitting the market ,even 100mil is an easy short , and buy up and huge discoutns
so it should be no issue of shares YET as clearly blm hasn't given us anyting. yet
