This is a ASX publicly listed company which is meant to be heavily regulated and have official regulations,guidelines and laws management are to follow and adhere too.There was not only one but multiple incorrect facts stated to shareholders and participants in the capital raising, which resulted in the raising being cancelled. Would be interesting to know who filled the complaint with ASIC and what further investigations and actions they are taking. What legal actions and avenues does this open for shareholders and potential investors.

I would be happy if i could sell my shares at the price I got them at!!! I would even take a 2.5% discount.
