Could be despair but like all graphs it will have some more future projections you just got to hope that is not a sharp downslide to oblivion always the risk with these penny stocks but if you sort the wheat from the chaff there is enough there to suggest, barring any unforseen drama such as coups, world war etc, that in time this stock will deliver a healthy return. But it is a high risk stock so if you dont have the coin dont bet your house on it...that is not financial advice that is 101 of common sense
