Thanks for that explanation and input. I will delve deeper into the regulatory side. I was aware of the 20% limit before a formal takeover bid would have to be initiated/announced (as per Gina Rhinehart recently with LTR) I think she stopped at 19.9% stake but I don’t know what happens in a situation where different entities act unofficially as a block to have a controlling interest in the company. It could have a profound effect on the future of 4DS. I’m not sure at the moment how that is regulated or monitored.

Totally agree, difficult to value 4DS and certainly can’t do it on the basis of a DRAM competitor alone….. we are possibly much more than that but we are only talking about potential market size and not actual market size.

How much are buyers going to be willing to bid? Who knows.
I just hope we maintain control over what happens at the finish line.
