It looks brand new to me. It was probably stuck in fabrication/quality control. There was a serious possibility the equipment could have failed quality assurance/control, that would have been a 6-12month delay if they had to remake it lol.. We escaped that disaster without even realising it.
I was under the impression they already had what they needed in Cuba or onsite. I thought we were also told all the long lead items were there?...
