lake are extremely low on capital, without this raise the next quarterly would have less than 1 quarter funding left which lake would have to explain in their announcement, they raised at 7c which stinks of desperation to get the 20m they need which will only last for 1 quarter with current cash spending rate, but I guess someone with 10k posts and only 427 insights would make a statement like that
