I am not challenging your point, but be careful with using dividend yield as a valuation metric... what if FMG simply chose not to pay a dividend, technically that does not make the company worth any less.
Its really the free cash flow yield that is more applicable, but needs to be considered overtime. Even then, one needs to consider if certain capital expenditures are necessary to maintain the existing business or to grow the business.
