With UTI's, presumably the 15min to 20min IV period is desired as it increases the mean concentration of the R327 in the Urether and to less extent the Urethra when compared to a 1 hr infusion. Also means patients only have to sit around for 20mins vs over an hour. Maybe they could do two sittings in a day.
