From what I heard FA they are hoping that this legislation makes it financially unviable for Advent to drill.
I think thats all they are hoping for out of it, that and the grandstanding to say we were the ones to come up with this brilliant legislation.
I guess the question is can PEp11 be approved and gas drilled for and found and then commercialised without using NSW state waters.
