I got the same results as you , guessing they must have used a program like goal seek or Monti carlo analysis or Matlab or a geology program to work out grade as even the factor * factor results do not form the correct product ie as they only show 1.9 M oz for highest possible ounces when you show that the factor highest possible grade * factor highest possible tonnage comes to "2.132 M oz .
Therefore their lower total ounces of 1.9M would be either due to a lower grade that the 7.75 grade you rightly came up with or a lower tonnage or most likely a mix of both
