NSW should be able to send their decision to the FEDS NOW! Their bill is about to become law. They have no more reason to delay the NO decision. PEP11 (in my opinion) will not be effected by this NSW legislation for some months - when they drill and then seek to come ‘ashore’. By that stage this bill will be Law and PEP11 will have to deal with it.
Feds need the NO from NSW - so they can say ……………… YES ….. in accordance with - what I believe to be - NOPTA recommmendation!!
