From DYL resent $220m placement announcement,... Provide additional working capital, which includes assessing "M&A"
opportunities to provide further growth.
Lots of good reasons why DYL may look at TOE.
1) Cheap to any other U stock.
2) 15% of TOE interest in Namibia.
3)..Would only need a satellite plant which would save on plant cost and truck the resin to Mulga Rock plant... Only DYL would have this advantage.
4) DYL board understands the WA Gov on approvals.
5) DYL based in Perth.
6) Positive TOE SH vote for a M&A
