The only way I'd short this is if I had enough shares sell a few to force a guaranteed fall. There are a few major shareholders that could probably do it. Some of them have been holding a while now. Friends of GS perhaps. They could short it, sell a few with to make it fall, get their 50 capital gain discount, and then buy back in. They'd be even more rich.
