I think most people missing something...
Innodata proposal is one of several proposals Appen received...all has to be highly confidential... can't announce in ASX until an offer made ( non-binding or whatever)...
Innodata proposal dated 21 Nov 2023 - more than 3 months-- likely expired...
Appen not disclosed other offers to ASX yet...
No way trading above 70c , if it's based on insider information...
not like 100M shares traded in last 10 days...
