Yes. The raise seems to have distracted a lot of people (traders) from what is very good news for us long term investors. While I am on the fence about the wisdom of doing a raise right now, it does really strengthen DXB negotiating hand in any deal discussions. They can now focus on keeping most of the upside (if the trial is a success) rather than having to trade future dollars for immediate cash to fund the trial.
