The calls are getting louder IMO - there is a window of opportunity which Australia can sieze or let it pass us by.
From Garnaut to Sims, to Forrest, Australia's major mining houses - BHP, RIO, IGO, Glencore, FMG, HanRoy, MinRes they would all recognize this.
Can not think of another time when it was as evident & as urgent/prominent/relevant to take the necessary steps/policy/action to capitalize on this opportunity as now.
