yes CWS mentioned our debt would be backed by the resource when people where talking about buy ins etc

I think SMM would be the only buying in due to input and experience with laterites and I believe for that their would need to be return on value like a buy in.. why would you give experience and let the people you taught use your experience and knowledge again and again with no gain

MC I think would be offtake agreement only, I think EVs struggle keeping their cost down and I would assume maybe locking a priority/fixed price/discount nickel maybe would incentivise to help arl with financing ghub

I would imagine a buy in with MC would hinder profits anyway so why would a Priority/fixed/discounted nickel price be any different than that.

just my thoughts could be completely wrong though
