Be interesting to see what tax losses are available to pass on and give us some tax credits.
Also think this announcement is timely Tanzania has to effectively present it's case to the tribunal on the 15th of march.
It's one thing and easy to ask for annulment under a certain criteria but now they have to provide detail to justify it, I won't be surprised if they accept their position is futile and withdraw, we could have our cash by May.
