Opyl is proposing to make a placement at 4.99c per share. This represents a 78.34% premium on the current share price of 2.8c.
The placement is a small one, just 300,335 units. Shares are being issued to an anonymous person/entity, apparently for services rendered.
Opyl made a similar private placement a month ago. In that case it issued ~770,094 shares at 4.54c a share.
Ironically, as the group share price falls its placment premium grows, albeit by some 10%.
