$1 just around the corner

This stock is really in the dumps. It's still just barely hanging on to the $1.50 level while both the market AND oil surges higher. Hate to think of where the price would be if the market and oil were heading south. No, actually, I would love to think about that and how I may finally get the chance to pick some up at the $1 level.
