I wouldn't give one cent or a vote to the current board and management for any further acquisition. They are struggling to run the current company, let alone another one. The two acquisitions, i.e., Extramed and Silverlink, have put almost a $70-80 million hole with no or negative return.

Another concern for me in introducing a partner like novari is loss or sharing of revenue. Isnt alcidion's product capable of doing what novari is doing? Sounds pretty basic and core part of an epr offering.
