Why would we need to make a new company Whiksy? Why couldn't SYAQ just become a 50/50 venture? Theres absolutely no reason to merge. NAL is a stand alone outfit under SYAQ. ?
Just make it 50/50 and its in everyone's best interest.... except PLL. Obviously.
