Nobody knows. Could be tomorrow, could be next month.
It has been 6 months, so tomorrow would certainly make sense. Provided the court rejects any party leave to appeal I'm not worried about which date it is announced.
There is solid momentum building now (ref ex-china graphite stock SP movement in last 6 weeks). The macro conditions for graphite/AAM are improving and I'm very confident MT has finance and offtake options in place to progress as soon as a court announcement is made. We are on track for a very good 12 months and the analysts PTs of AU$2.5 seem reasonable imo.
